2 of 6 publish a schedule

Where to watch

Almost everybody who comes to train also wants to sit at a stadium one night. The schedules printed for those stadiums are the least reliable thing written about Thailand, and this page is an attempt to say why rather than add another one.

6 stadiums people travel to watch Muay Thai at, in Phuket, Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Koh Samui, every one of them checked for a published schedule on 2026-10-14. Only 2 of them publish a fight schedule anywhere you can go and check. Not one publishes a ticket price. 3 of the 6 have a domain in the venue's own name that belongs to somebody selling tickets rather than to the venue. Nights, door times and prices here are the venue's own words, so an empty one is the stadium declining to say rather than a gap in the reading.

How far each venue goes on the record

We asked 4 things of every venue, in a fixed order of how specific they are: whether it runs a site of its own, which nights it has fights, what time the doors open and what a ticket costs. Not one venue answers a harder question without having answered every easier one, so each row reads as an unbroken run from the left, and how far a venue reaches is the whole of what it publishes. The order of the questions is ours. The gaps are theirs.Rajadamnern Stadium answers 3 of the 4, Patong Boxing Stadium 2 and Bangla Boxing Stadium 1. The other 3 answer none of them: Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Thapae Boxing Stadium and Phetchbuncha Stadium.

Nobody is publishing this

The 4 with no schedule of their own are not silent in search. The confident weekly timetables you will find for them were assembled out of resellers and travel blogs that contradict each other, and none of those pages says where the times came from.

We went looking for an official page for each of these and wrote down what came back. Half of them have a domain carrying the venue name that the venue does not run, and one of those three states in its own footer that it is not the official site. We had been citing that one: the nights and the show time this page gave for Bangla Boxing Stadium came off it, and they have been pulled. The venue the page said returned a server error turned out to run a site after all. The most famous stadium in the sport still has none, and the Google listing it has claimed gives a ticket site as its website.

So the nights and times below are quoted only where the venue itself said them, in the venue’s own words, and everywhere else the slot says the venue did not publish it. That is less information than other pages will give you. It is also the difference between a schedule and a rumour, and you are the one travelling across a city at nine at night on the strength of it.

Two domains carry this stadium name and only one of them is the stadium. The hyphenated one, which is where our own link pointed until this reading, carries a disclosure in its own footer saying it is produced by a partner and is not the official website, and it masks digits out of the seat prices it prints while sending every booking link to a third party ticket platform. The nights and the show time published here came off that page and have been pulled. The venue site matches the street address and the phone number on the listing the venue has claimed and takes payment through its own checkout, and it publishes neither a night nor a price on the front page.

This one does run a site, which we had recorded as returning a server error, and the correction is ours. It reads as the operator rather than as a ticket page: first person throughout, the bungy jump and the bowling alley on the same navigation, a copyright line from 2010, a promotion dated December 2025 and a news item dated July 2026. It gives six nights and no show time and no seat price, offers a free hotel shuttle inside Patong, Kata and Karon, and takes bookings over WhatsApp. A reseller elsewhere says the Sunday card is kickboxing and MMA rather than Muay Thai. By the account of the venue there is no Sunday card at all.

Walking distance from Tha Phae Gate in the old city, which is most of why visitors end up here. A domain in the stadium name does resolve and it prints a full week, a show time and three seat prices, and then its own footer credits two ticket sites as the thing powering it, while every contact route on it is an account named after ticket selling. That is a ticket seller trading under the venue name, so nothing on it is quoted here. We found no site the venue runs, and the guides that cover it say the card goes up on social accounts instead.

Nights
A card every night. The stadium names a different promotion per night: Rajadamnern Knockout on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, New Power on Wednesday, Petchyindee on Thursday, the Rajadamnern World Series on Saturday and Kiatpetch on Sunday.
Timing
Doors at 6.00 PM for the Saturday World Series card and 5.00 PM for the rest. The site publishes when the doors open and not when the first bout starts, which are not the same thing and are commonly reported as if they were.

The only venue on this list that publishes a full week of cards on its own site, by name, with the door time for each. It does not publish prices anywhere we could find, so the ticket figures quoted elsewhere are somebody else going to the window and reporting back. Address given on the site as 8 Rajadamnern Nok Road, Wat Somanas, Pomprapsattruphai, Bangkok 10100.

The most famous stadium in the sport and we cannot point you at a website it runs. It is operated by the Royal Thai Army through its welfare department, it moved from Rama IV Road out to Ram Intra in 2014, and the encyclopaedia entry for it lists two different official sites in two different versions of the same article. Everything published about its fight nights traces back to resellers rather than to the stadium, and the Google listing the stadium has claimed gives a ticket site as its website. Ask your camp, which will know this week, or go to the window.

A domain in the stadium name resolves and prints three fight nights, a show time and two online seat prices. It also links six times to one hotel booking site, writes about the official stadium Facebook page in the third person, and sits on a Google listing nobody has claimed, so we read it as a ticket page trading under the venue name rather than as the venue. Its own text says the price at the counter can be higher than the one it quotes, which is worth knowing whoever wrote it. Treat any night you were quoted as a plan rather than a fact until the stadium or your camp confirms it.

What to do instead

How to find out what is on

Three routes, in the order they are worth trying. None of them is a website, which is the point.

Ask your camp

The best source by a distance, and free. Camps send people to the stadiums every week, often have fighters on the card, and will know which night is worth going to rather than only which nights exist.

Go to the window

Every one of these venues sells at the gate. Buying there is the only way to see the actual card before you pay for it, and the only way to know the actual price rather than the resold one.

Then the resellers

Useful for booking ahead from overseas and nothing else. Treat the night printed on a reseller listing as the night they expect, not the night the stadium has confirmed, and check again when you land.
