Which parts of Thailand are driest in June?

None of them. June is a month with no training region inside its dry window, which is why the choice is about which wet stretch is lifting rather than about finding dry weather. Almost every camp in Thailand trains under a roof, so the rain costs you a run rather than a session.

June

In June, train in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Hua Hin. Think twice about Krabi.

June is the first full month of the pattern May started, and it is the cheapest honest trade the calendar offers. The rain is in the west and the middle of the country. The southern Gulf is in neither of its stretches, which is as close as Samui and Phangan come to a neutral month.

The thing to weigh in June is not the weather, it is the water. Krabi and Phangan are both boat-access places in their own way, and rough sea cancels crossings in a way rain does not cancel a session. A trip built around getting to Railay in June is a trip with a transport problem rather than a training problem.
