Is Eminent Air Muay Thai or Sitsongpeenong cheaper?

Neither. Eminent Air Muay Thai and Sitsongpeenong both print a month of unlimited training at 18,000 baht. They both quote one other priced line, and Eminent Air Muay Thai is lower on one. A cheaper month is not a cheaper trip. Food, a room where the camp has none and the flight home all sit outside these figures, and a camp that is 2,000 baht dearer a month is the cheaper of the two the moment it saves you a daily taxi.

What is the difference between Eminent Air Muay Thai and Sitsongpeenong?

One of the 3 lines both camps publish comes out different: a single group session. They match on a month of unlimited training and how many sessions a day run. Eminent Air Muay Thai publishes a week of unlimited training and a private session, and Sitsongpeenong publishes whether there are rooms on site. What separates two camps on the mats is the trainer you get put with, and no camp publishes that. Use the lines above to cut the list down, then ask both.

Can you stay at Eminent Air Muay Thai or Sitsongpeenong?

Sitsongpeenong says you can sleep at the camp. Eminent Air Muay Thai publishes nothing either way, so that line stays blank. Neither nightly rate is published, so the room line stays blank rather than get estimated off camps elsewhere that do print one. Staying in means the commute stops being a decision you make twice a day at five in the morning, which matters more than the saving on most trips shorter than a month.

How many sessions a day do Eminent Air Muay Thai and Sitsongpeenong run?

The same number. Eminent Air Muay Thai and Sitsongpeenong both run 2 sessions a day. That is how many are on offer and not how many anybody should plan on taking. A timetable says when the door is open; how many times you walk through it is most of the difference between a training holiday and a camp, and a first week of doubles is how people spend a second week injured.

How far apart are Eminent Air Muay Thai and Sitsongpeenong?

About 6.5 km in a straight line, measured between the two pins rather than along a road, so a motorbike covers more ground than that and traffic decides the rest. Both camps sit in Bangkok. That is a ride rather than a walk, so trying both in one trip means picking a base and paying to cross, or splitting the stay in two.

Eminent Air Muay Thai

A day covering both sessions is 800 and ten sessions 4,500, the ten valid for three months from the day they are booked; ten privates are 9,000. The gym is open Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 19:00, and the two sessions inside that are both labelled fighters' training. The 07:30 one is a 10 km run, shadow boxing, four or five rounds on the bags, four or five on the pads, sparring and clinching, then weights and conditioning. The 15:30 one is a 5 km run, fifteen minutes of rope, half an hour of clinch work and sparring, bags, pads and conditioning. Every figure here sits on a page whose footer still reads 2022 and whose own counter says twenty-five years from a 1997 founding, so these are the prices the gym last published rather than prices it quoted this week.

Sitsongpeenong

The session rate is one a day; two is 1,000, and ten prepaid 5,000. The month is two sessions a day across 25 days. Rooms are priced in US dollars, from 51.56 a night twin share and 75 single, each including two meals and two sessions a day. Unless you live in Thailand the camp will not let you train here while staying somewhere else, so the room is not optional.

Against the country

Each line runs from the cheapest figure listed camps print for that rate to the dearest, with Eminent Air Muay Thai marked above the line, Sitsongpeenong below it and the stretch between them inked. In baht, Eminent Air Muay Thai first, then Sitsongpeenong: one group session at 500 and 600, 100 apart inside a run of 550 that 31 of 44 listed camps print; a month, unlimited the same at 18,000, inside a run of 14,001 that 26 of 44 listed camps print. Rates only one of the two publishes are left out, because a line carrying one mark says nothing about two camps.

They quote the same figure on 2 lines: a month unlimited and sessions a day.

What we cannot tell you yet

Neither camp has been confirmed on the lines below, so this page does not compare them. They are named rather than left off, because a comparison that only shows the fields it happens to hold is the shape of a page pretending to be complete.

What each camp is

Eminent Air Muay Thai

A fighters' stable at the end of a residential lane off Sukhumvit 101, founded in 1997 by a Lumpini promoter and named after the air conditioner brand that has sponsored it ever since. One ring under a pitched roof with the sides open, walls carrying three decades of fight photographs, and a roster of stadium champions the gym names itself. The record has a gap worth reading twice: the only timetable published is labelled fighters' training, twice a day with sparring and clinching in both sessions, and a single session is sold to anybody who turns up for 500 baht. Nothing on the page says which of those two things a visitor gets. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Sitsongpeenong

A Bangkok gym with a real stable of professional Thai fighters rather than a foreigner-first operation. Training alongside working pros is the draw. Expect to be the weakest person in the room for a while, which is the point.

Every figure on this page came off a camp’s own website. Eminent Air Muay Thai was read on 2026-10-14 and Sitsongpeenong on 2026-09-02. Camps change prices without changing the page the price is printed on. If one of these is wrong, or if you know a line neither camp publishes, tell us and we will date the change.
